Step-by-Step Fix
Delete EntitlementDataStore File
This is the most common fix for 3371. Close QuickBooks completely first. Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8. Find the file named: EntitlementDataStore.ecml. Delete this file. Restart QuickBooks — it will ask you to re-register. Enter your licence number and product key.
Run as Administrator
If Step 1 did not work: Right click QuickBooks → Run as Administrator → Try opening again
Update Windows
Make sure Windows is fully updated: Start → Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for updates → Install all → Restart → Try QuickBooks again
Repair QuickBooks
Control Panel → Programs and Features → QuickBooks → Repair → Follow repair wizard → Restart computer
Re-register QuickBooks
Help → Register QuickBooks → Enter your licence number and product key → Complete registration
Check Date and Time Settings

Clean Install
